How to install

1Download the plugin file above
2Go to your WordPress admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
3Upload the downloaded file and click "Install Now"
4Click "Activate Plugin"
5You'll see a new "SurgeScribe" menu item in your WordPress sidebar

Note: The plugin is optional. SurgeScribe connects to WordPress using the built-in REST API — no plugin required for publishing. This plugin simply shows your connection status inside WordPress admin.
